Book Review - Love and Respect for a Lifetime by Emerson Eggerichs

(And now we once again briefly interrupt this stagnant blog with a book review…)

Ever wanted peace in your marriage?  Ever wanted to actually get along with your spouse?(I know I will when that time comes!).  Emerson Eggerichs book is a guide to get pink and blue to make purple in your relationship.  This guide will take you through the thoughts and feelings of men and women from the other side- and explain how to work together to create a great marriage in the long run.

I really enjoy all of the scripture woven into Eggerichs own thoughts and reflections, all in a super-informal manner.  In this book, there’s no table of contents, and the sections aren’t numbered.  The pictures are big, and lots of great textures sit in the background.  It is a very aesthetically pleasing book.  I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves someone else.
